I got the wrong item and they told me there's nothing they can do except offer a 10% discount code.

I reached out about some issues with my order, specifically glue marks on my trainers, and I haven't heard back from you at all. It's pretty frustrating not getting a response to my emails.

I gotta admit, I was a little hesitant about trying this company since I hadn't heard of them before, but I decided to give it a shot and my first experience was flawless! I placed my order on Monday, it got shipped the next day, and by Friday morning, my item was at my doorstep! Not too shabby, especially since it came all the way from Sweden. I still haven't gotten my new order delivered or refunded. I got an email saying it was dropped off at my home, but after reaching out to customer service, I found out it's actually sitting at a depot that's over an hour away. Now, I gotta go pick it up myself.

Thank goodness I got my package! Awesome site with fantastic deals, I really dig it. However, when shipping to France, please avoid using 'colis privé' after DHL.
